Prices are based on the type of apartment. You can also rent the whole room separately. All rooms are double rooms.
The guest pays a deposit of CZK 2,000 on arrival, which is refunded at the end of the stay if the room is returned in the same condition as when he/she took it over. The deposit is payable for at least one full calendar month, except for the check-in and the end of the student stay.
The minimum stay is one calendar month.

- One bed in a furnished room and services associated with the accommodation
- energy, heat, bed linen,
- cleaning of common areas and internet.

If the guest ends his/her stay early, the amount calculated according to one month's payment will be refunded.
