The Risograph is a previously little used high-speed digital printing system. To the memorable, it may resemble a sophisticated successor to the cyclostyle.
With print runs of between twenty and ten thousand, it is the cheapest reproduction alternative, originally designed for rapid reproduction of used prints.
However, the Risograph quickly became a popular choice for printing non-commercial periodicals - alternative culture, authored books and magazines, among others. It prints in spot colours and extends the range in suites.
