VOJTĚCH BAŠTA - Le Gaulois

The collection is inspired by the comic strip about Astérix, a Gallic warrior from Armorica by Renné Goscinny and Albert Uderzo. The models draw not only from the iconic characters and drawings of the comic, but also from the Celtic history of France and the culture of Brittany. Key material elements of historical and cultural significance include Celtic chequered patterns, boar skin, rooster feathers, braiding or gold, and antler buttons.
